Job OverviewWe are seeking a friendly and energetic Crew Person to join our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences, with a brand new reopening of our world class location! This role involves supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment.Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Assist with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items Handle cashier duties including cash handling and processing transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring sanitation standards are met Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen or caf environment Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations Effective time management to handle multiple tasks during busy periods Upselling and sales skills to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving or bussing in restaurants or cafes is advantageous Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Join our team as a Crew Person if you are passionate about the food industry, enjoy working with people, and thrive in dynamic environments.We value dedicated individuals committed to delivering quality service every day.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$16.25 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:15 - 40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Paid training Work Location:In person.
