Seasonal Crew Technicians needed to work in the fast-growing Solar Industry.The Solar Industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States.Our company, Welby Solutions, has been maintaining the vegetation at utility-scale Solar Farms since 2018, experiencing substantial growth each year.We are looking for Crew Technicians for our 2026 season, from approximately March thru November (weather dependent).The compensation range is $18/hr.to $22/hr.Although this is a seasonal job, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment when the season ends or an offer to be rehired next season, depending on your job performance.We encourage Veterans looking to join the private work sector to apply.We strongly feel our job requirements and company culture would be a great match for you! Job Description:The Crew Technician is full-time, with primarily Monday-Friday day shifts.During the season, there will be overtime and travel required.You will be working outdoors with your crew performing various vegetation management services at a customer utility-scale solar job site.To be successful in this position you must display a strong work ethic while being reliable and a positive member of the team.Although helpful, this position does not require previous experience and you will be provided training on the equipment we use and programs we implement to successfully complete our jobs.During the season, you will have the opportunity to prove yourself and potentially earn more responsibility.Your work and responsibilities will include:Operating commercial Zero-turn mowers, tractors, and similar operating equipment (training provided) Operating hand-held weed-eaters if needed to complete the customer's job requirements Applying herbicide applications if needed (training provided) Maintaining assigned equipment (training provided) Adhering to the Company's and our customer's safety policies Applicants must meet the following requirements:Ability and willingness to work overtime hours when necessary Ability and willingness to travel with your crew when required (may be 50% travel required) Availability for the entire 2026 season (approximately March thru November) Punctuality; reliable transportation to job sites Team-oriented; able to work well with your crew to meet production goals Safety minded Work authorization for the U.S.Physically able to work outdoors in the summer heat, the winter cold, and varying conditions.Able to use technology such as iPhones/Tablets.Job Types:Full-time, Seasonal Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
