Job Description
Crisis Clinician (As Needed) To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are offering a retention bonus of $375 for non-certified or licensed candidates and an additional $625 for certified or licensed candidates. Lead with compassion and expertise — join us as a Crisis Clinician and guide care for individuals in crisis when it matters most. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm and weekend overnights, PRN/part-time as needed As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you'll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you'll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
