Mercyhealth System in Freeport, Illinois, is currently seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Critical Care Physician to join our expanding ICU team. This is an inpatient nocturnist opportunity offering the ability to practice high-acuity critical care. Opportunity Overview: Full-Time Position - 2,184 annual hours 7 on / 7 off 12-hour shifts: 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. (In-house / Tele-ICU) Includes weekends and holidays Opportunities available for: Critical Care Inpatient (Covering Tele at our other Mercyhealth Sites ) Pulmonary Outpatient - Additional Incentives Mediteach EMR- Converting to Epic in October Departmental Scope: Level 2 8 Bed ICU Typical diagnoses are post op general surgery, mechanical ventilation, sepsis, substance abuse/withdrawal, and DKA.
