Company Description Steadfast Operations brings over 25 years of expertise in critical facility management, with specialties in electrical distribution, mechanical infrastructure, and building controls. Our team is experienced across all phases of a critical facility’s lifecycle, from construction and commissioning to ongoing operations and retrofits. We assess, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide customized, tailored solutions to enhance safety, reliability, uptime, and profitability. Utilizing industry standards and lean methodologies, we ensure efficient operations to meet the unique demands of each client’s business. Role Description This is a contract-based, fully remote role for a Critical Operations Lead. In this capacity, you will oversee daily critical facility operations, coordinate maintenance and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure the highest levels of operational reliability are maintained. You will perform system assessments, develop risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and supervise teams to achieve operational excellence while exceeding client expectations. Qualifications Proven expertise with Electrical Systems and Mechanical Infrastructure, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade management Strong knowledge of Building Controls and Operational Standards, including monitoring systems and optimizing performance Exceptional Problem-Solving, Risk Assessment, and Decision-Making capabilities Proficiency in Project Management principles, coordination, and implementation of critical infrastructure solutions Excellent Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams Familiarity with Lean Methodologies and Compliance with industry codes and operational standards is a strong advantage Relevant certifications such as PMP, CFM, or equivalent are a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
