Requirements Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Field Device Specialist Responsibilities: Perform Pacemaker & ICD interrogations to Sorin/Microport patients Provide Pacemaker & ICD implant support within area of geographic responsibilities Troubleshoot critical device issues and take immediate steps towards resolution Provide technical and administrative support when required for European devices, programmer and training will be provided Educate and assist clinics with the management of remote device checks, alerts and patient enrollment Complete equipment requests utilizing Microport website Maintain comprehensive product and technical knowledge of all Sorin/Microport bradycardia and tachycardia products Competency in all aspects of Pacemaker and ICD implant and follow-up Provide on-call coverage 24 hours per day and up to 7 days a week including weekend call on a rotating schedule, based on territory Required to travel and provide support anywhere within the territory with cross-over coverage during emergencies when necessary Must have/obtain Certified Cardiac Device Specialist
