Job Description
Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational glue for growth-focused teen campaigns. This role is a unique hybrid of hands-on execution and strategic scaling, acting as the bridge between manual workflows and future automation. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who executes with urgency and a customer-first mindset, solving complex technical and operational challenges inherent in launching new campaigns and growing products across multiple teen subsegments. What You’ll Do CRM & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end execution of select CRM campaigns, including building, launching, and measuring targeted communications to drivers and riders. Promotion Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of promotion campaigns, from initial request through precise audience targeting and clear, compliant end-user terms. Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, pull results, estimate incrementality, and make data-driven recommendations for scalability. Process Improvement & Codification: Document operational best practices and help define functional requirements to support future growth and automation efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with key stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, and partner teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. What You’ll Need Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Grit & Autonomy: High ownership mentality with a “no task too small” approach and the ability to operate independently. Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to measure and analyze CRM and promotion performance, using insights to improve targeting and ROI. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of solving complex customer problems and navigating technical ambiguity. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with operations leaders, internal partners, and external vendors. Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with CRM tools, workflows, and creative assets.
