Job Description
Unison Systems is seeking a CRM Product Manager to join our client's international travel company in the Denver Tech Center area. This is a direct hire position offering a pay range of $140,000 to $180,000 annually. The role is hybrid, requiring four days in-office per week. Our client is a leader in travel with 95+ years of experience, operating in more than 70 countries across six continents. Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a long-term product roadmap and strategic vision for the CRM system aligned with business goals and market opportunities Champion the CRM product vision and value across the organization to drive user adoption and engagement Manage the CRM product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ongoing enhancements, and eventual retirement Collaborate with CRM Product Owner(s) to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability Coordinate across product teams to maintain consistent delivery and innovation Serve as an escalation point for risks, issues, and critical decisions related to CRM product delivery Gather requirements from key stakeholders and validate outcomes Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement Own vendor relationships as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; or five or more years of relevant product management or CRM experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years in product management or CRM systems with a track record of delivering successful CRM products Proven ability to develop and manage product roadmaps and align CRM initiatives with business objectives Strong communication and vendor relationship management skills Experience driving user adoption and communicating product value across organizations Ability to define, track, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact features Unison Systems is Colorado's leading IT staffing and engineering consulting firm - apply today and let us put our 27 years of expertise to work for you.
