Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage guest communication strategies across direct mail, email, text, mobile app, and other marketing channels. Create and optimize customer journeys, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to improve guest engagement and retention. Execute testing and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, guest response, and return on investment. Research market trends, guest behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Support player development and VIP initiatives through strategic marketing alignment and guest engagement efforts. Monitor database performance, reinvestment levels, and marketing effectiveness through reporting and analytics. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing programs and improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance through technology, innovation, automation, and process improvement. Contribute to the development of marketing strategy, promotional planning, and overall guest experience initiatives. All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in CRM, database marketing, promotions, hospitality, gaming, or related marketing environments. Experience with campaign management, guest segmentation, analytics, and customer engagement strategies. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM, database, or loyalty marketing platforms preferred. Gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or loyalty program experience is a plus. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred. The CRM & Promotions Manager is responsible for developing and executing guest engagement strategies that drive loyalty, visitation, retention, and revenue growth. This role combines CRM strategy, promotions, database marketing, analytics, and player development support to create compelling guest experiences and competitive marketing initiatives.
