Job Description
Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a Crop Scout to support sustainable crop production across diverse fields. In this role, you’ll regularly scout fields to monitor crop health, identify pests, diseases, weeds, and nutrient deficiencies, and collect soil and tissue samples. You will document findings, prepare reports, and recommend eco-friendly, data-driven treatment plans that align with organic and sustainable standards. Working closely with agronomists and farm managers, you’ll help implement precision agriculture tools and emerging technologies, contributing to innovative, ethical, and environmentally responsible farming practices in a collaborative team culture.
