Crossing Guard

General Purpose: The Crossing Guard Coordinator supports the safety and flow of people on campus by overseeing crossing guard operations. This role helps ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests, families, and staff. Essential Job Functions: Coordinate and schedule crossing guards for services, school hours, and events. Ensure safe and efficient traffic and pedestrian flow Monitor key crossing areas and address safety needs Communicate with staff and teams to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Mature follower of Jesus Christ Strong awareness of safety and surroundings Ability to communicate clearly and give direction when needed Dependable and able to follow schedules Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods of time Heart to serve and create a safe, welcoming environment What You Are Required to Know: We are an EEO employer.
