Join us in creating memorable dessert experiences with our rotating weekly flavors, open-concept kitchens, and famous pink box! As a General Manager , you’ll oversee one of our bakery locations, responsible for staffing, scheduling, production, inventory management, and customer service. Customer Service : Ensure outstanding guest experiences, exceeding satisfaction metrics. Quality Control : Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality. Accountability & Stewardship : Lead with integrity, promoting a culture of responsibility.
