Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Cryotherapy Technician / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role combines hands-on client services with front desk responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and wellness treatments. Key Responsibilities Client Services: Perform cryotherapy-based treatments, including cryocontouring (training provided if needed) Educate clients on services, benefits, and aftercare Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction during treatments Front Desk Duties: Greet clients and provide a welcoming, high-end experience Schedule appointments and manage booking systems Handle check-ins/check-outs and process payments (cashier responsibilities) Answer phone calls, texts, and client inquiries professionally Studio Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas Assist with opening/closing procedures Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained Qualifications Customer service or sales experience preferred Interest in wellness, aesthetics, or medical spa services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be comfortable performing hands-on treatments (training provided) Schedule Minimum 15 hours per week Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($15–$18/hour) Hands-on training in specialized services Supportive, upscale work environment Opportunities for growth within the med spa industry Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
