Role Description The Crypto Education & Onboarding Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs to onboard and train clients, partners, and internal teams on cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts. Daily tasks include developing customized learning materials, conducting training sessions, delivering presentations, providing one-on-one coaching, and supporting learners throughout the onboarding process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklin, WI. Qualifications Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education for structuring and delivering effective learning experiences Strong Communication skills to convey complex cryptocurrency concepts in an accessible manner Experience with Training and Coaching to guide diverse audiences through onboarding processes Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, with a strong desire to educate others Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Criteria Teaching gift and empathy: You don't get irritated when someone asks "how do I not lose my money" for the tenth time; instead, you find a new metaphor. Ability to write and speak human language: You can explain what a non-custodial wallet is using an analogy with a house key, not technical documentation. Understanding adult learning psychology: You know adults learn through practice and fear of mistakes, and you build programs accordingly. Patience for repetition: You are ready to talk about seed phrases so often you'll dream about them, understanding that for every new person, it's the first time hearing it.
