CSR - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Rep for a local insurance company in Smyrna, TN to help with daily service needs of our insureds. The job will consist of answering phone calls, working with mortgage companies to make policy changes to reflect the correct lender if a loan is sold or there is a refinance done, scheduling appointments, taking payments in person and over the phone, and providing support to agents. The position requires an individual who enjoys working with people. The position requires basic computers skills with the willingness to learn new systems if needed. The hours of our office are 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. There are no nights or weekends that we are open.
