Clarvida seeks a CST Substance Use Professional to provide assessment, counseling, and care coordination for individuals with substance use disorders in our Community & Social Services department. In this health-focused, client-centered role, you’ll deliver evidence-based interventions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and overall wellness.
