Now Hiring:CSW LSW Social Work Assistant Responsibilities:Identifies cognitive impairments, mood problems and other psycho-social needs in residents.Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation.Review Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as needed.Help provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members.Other duties as assigned by Director of SW or facility Administrator Qualifications:Prior experience managing staff is preferred.Ability to work independently or part of a group.Computer knowledge.Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required License:Must have active Certificate/Licensure for Social Work CSW LSW Complete Care at Corsica Hills is an equal opportunity employer.Now Hiring:CSW LSW Social Work Assistant #CC2024.
