No selling - No taking orders - Just creating brand awareness The perfect side hustle for current or former hospitality professionals.Spread pur e love as a Brand Ambassador for The Perfect Pur e of Napa Valley, the leading producer of premium fruit pur es in the United States.The Brand Ambassador position is ideal for current and former chefs, bakers, and individuals in the food & beverage industry.This part-time consulting position is with Gayol Management and is an excellent supplemental income opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for good flavor.What is Puree? Many dishes begin with pur es.Whether they are for a sauce, soup, souffl or sorbet recipe, or added as a flavor enhancement to an entr e, delicious pur es are often at the heart of any culinary preparation.Like chicken and beef bases, seasonings or herbs, fruit pur es are a staple in commercial kitchen operations.In culinary terms, to r duire en pur e means to render solid foods into a mash; to press, strain or pulp foods by using a mortar, meat grinder, food mill, an electric blender, or through a sieve.What is The Perfect Pur e of Napa Valley? The Perfect Pur e has been a staple for foodservice chefs, bartenders, bakers, brewers, and manufacturers for almost 40 years.Our vegan, gluten-free, Kosher, and non-GMO certified pur es and concentrates add real, fresh fruit to menus and products, saving operators time, money, and reducing ingredient waste.What you'll be doing: Creating brand awareness at bars, restaurants, breweries, bakeries, and other relevant locations by educating them on the benefits and implementation of pur e in their menus. Spreading pur e love to chefs, bakers, and bartenders alike! Ideal Brand Ambassador: Self-driven individual who loves food & beverage. Loves to research potential locations for visits. Has professional culinary and/or beverage experience. Food & beverage managers are encouraged to apply. Hospitality students are welcome to apply. Knowing how to use a pur e is a plus. Comfortable in a kitchen and a bar and not intimidated easily by chefs or bartenders. Not afraid of Microsoft Excel. Estimated hours per month:15 hours, but that depends on you Starting rate:$1,500 per month with an increase after 3 months if you're the rockstar we think you are!
