Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial person to work directly alongside 2 owners involved in hospitality, bakery operations, real estate, music management, and private business ventures. This is a flexible part-time role (approximately 5–20 hours per week ) for someone with an interest in culinary, baking, hospitality, real estate, and business growth who wants to help build and support multiple ventures while gaining real operational and business experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality operations, enjoys problem-solving, and wants more than just a traditional job. The right person will help manage select day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, support growth opportunities, and participate in revenue-generating opportunities—particularly within bakery operations, catering, real estate leasing, and business development. Responsibilities Support bakery operations, catering coordination, and hospitality-related projects Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, invoicing, and general operational organization Coordinate rental showings, leasing follow-up, and real estate-related opportunities Assist with listings, tenant communication, deal tracking, and brokerage support Help manage calendars, communication, and day-to-day business priorities Support special projects across hospitality, real estate, and new business ventures Track deadlines, follow-up items, and help keep multiple moving parts organized Assist with business development opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives Compensation $20–$200+ per hour depending on responsibility, value created, and revenue-generating involvement.
