The Culture & Engagement Partner plays a critical role in shaping and enhancing the care team member (CTM) experience across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development, this role partners closely with operational leaders to drive engagement, strengthen onboarding and orientation experiences, and support leadership development initiatives. This individual integrates data, communication, and execution to translate organizational priorities into meaningful, scalable experiences that reinforce culture, improve retention, and elevate leader effectiveness across communities. Key Responsibilities: Engagement Insights & Communication: Analyze engagement survey and retention data, develop and share clear, actionable insights and communication to drive leader awareness and action planning Orientation & Onboarding Experience: Coordinate leadership orientation, including agenda, communication, and session flow; lead paperless orientation efforts and continuously improve onboarding experience Relias (LMS) Reporting & Support: Provide high-level training compliance reporting, identify trends, share best practices, and support system administration and optimization HR Hub & Resource Management: Manage and enhance the HR Hub, building and maintaining a centralized, user-friendly resource library for HR teams and CTMs Onboarding Compliance Visibility: Monitor and communicate onboarding compliance metrics, providing reporting and insights to support leader accountability Learning Program Execution: Support the planning and execution of organizational learning programs, including logistics, communication, and participation tracking Leadership Development Support: Assist in the development and rollout of manager training and leadership development initiatives Core Competencies Culture Champion – Reinforces and operationalizes organizational values Data-Informed Decision Making – Translates insights into action Execution Excellence – Delivers high-quality work with strong attention to detail Communication & Influence – Crafts clear messaging and partners effectively with leaders Continuous Improvement – Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance experiences Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related area Experience with LMS platforms (Relias preferred), survey tools (Qualtrics preferred), and reporting tools Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms preferred Majestic Difference Benefits: Quarterly Pay Increase Daily Pay Company-Paid Life Insurance Telehealth Services Double Pay on Holiday Care Team Member Relief Fund Join the Majestic Care team where compassion meets excellence! #MCare
