Custodial Services Worker

TCRC, Inc.is a not-for-profit organization that provides services and support for persons with developmental disabilities.TCRC is searching for a Custodial Services Worker.This position is responsible for supervising persons with developmental disabilities who work in our custodial crews at various contract sites.The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma/GED, clean driving record, working knowledge of custodial service practices, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn all duties and paperwork assigned.Responsible for setting goals and training individuals with developmental disabilities in program standards, monitoring and ordering supplies for contracts.Must be able to pass a criminal background check.Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with ability to transport staff to and from contract sites in company van.EOE - M/F/Disabled/Vet Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$19.10 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
