Forge Global is seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian / Groundskeeper to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning, janitorial, and lawncare tasks to ensure a clean environment for staff and visitors alike.Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and functional space that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.Duties Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Carry out custodial tasks in an office and manufacturing settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organized Pick up trash Maintain grass, trees and flower beds Properly and safely operate the edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other objects.Maintain supplies inventory, restock cleaning products, and ensure all tools are in good working condition Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean environment Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if needed Reliable work ethic, with good communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols Join our team to help create safe, clean spaces that inspire productivity and comfort!
