Our client is currently seeking a dedicated entry-level Custodial Worker to join their team in Kannapolis, NC.This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.The ideal candidate will take pride in cleanliness and be comfortable working independently to ensure the facility meets high standards of hygiene (No restroom cleaning required).This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to get started in a stable role with weekday hours and consistent work.The Day-to-Day:Sweep and mop warehouse floors to ensure a debris-free workspace Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately Wipe down surfaces, including workstations and high-touch areas Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe environment throughout the facility Roles demands long hours of walking & standing.Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent No prior experience needed--training will be provided Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Pay-Rate:$17.00 /hr Schedule:Monday to Friday 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Pay:From $17.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Work Location:In person.
