Custodian/Maintenance Worker / 5 Years of Experience

We are looking for a someone to take over a part time contract for the next 2 years.Services have to be provide 3 times per week.Staff must be able to pass a federal background.This local team must be able to communicate properly and handle task independently and responsible.Task require include Remove Trash,Clean Floors,Vacuum Carpets,Vacuum and Clean Floor Mats,Clean and Disinfect Kitchen,Clean and Disinfect Drinking Fountain,Clean Interior Plexiglass/Glass/Mirrors,Dust Office Furniture and Office Equipment,Spot Clean,Sweep and Mop Floors,Clean and Disinfect Surfaces,De-scale Toilets/Urinals/Sinks,Clean Exterior of Office Windows,Clean Light Fixtures A.Daily (D) = Three times a week.Empty all trash receptacles.Sweep or vacuum entrances, lobbies, and main corridors.Clean glass entry doors.Spot sweep floors and spot vacuum carpets throughout general office space.Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.Clean all restroom fixtures andreplenish supplies.Sweep restroom and locker room floors.Dust horizontal surfaces that are readily available and visibly require dusting.Clean all high-touch surfaces(doorknobs, light switches, handles, handrails, and crash bars).B.Weekly (W) = Once a week.Damp mop breakroom, restroom, and locker room floors.Damp mop resilient floors in main entrances.Vacuum secondary corridors in general office space.Damp wipe restroom stall partitions, doors, dispensers, and diaper changing stations.Spot-clean all wall surfaces within 70 inches of the floor.Sweep entry sidewalks within 10 feet of doors and under mud mats.Wash cleaning rags, mop heads, and kitchen towels.C.Monthly (M) = Once a month.Thoroughly dust furniture and fixtures.Completely vacuum all carpeted areas.Emptycigarette butt canister.Wash inside and out of break room garbage cans used forcollection of food remnants.Clean Server Room.D.Twice Yearly (T) = Once every 6 months.Dust wall surfaces within 70 inches of the floor, other vertical surfaces, and undersurfaces.Clean light fixtures and convectors.E.Yearly (Y) = Once per year.If the option is exercised, the Contractor shall perform those services the same time every year.Vacuum or dust all surfaces in the building more than 70 inches from the floor.Strip and refinish floors in breakrooms.Deep clean carpets throughout building.Deep clean tile and grout in restrooms and locker rooms.Wash all exterior and interior windows and venetian blinds.Dust venetian blinds six (6) monthsfrom washing.Job Types:Part-time, Contract Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid training Physical Setting:Office Application Question(s):Do you know how to Shampoo Carpets?
