Duties Assist clients in selecting and fitting custom formal wear that aligns with their style preferences and event needs Provide expert product demonstrations to showcase fabric quality, design features, and styling options Conduct upselling by recommending accessories, shoes, and complementary items to enhance client outfits Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising and stocking practices Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately while ensuring smooth cashiering and cash handling processes Offer personalized styling advice while maintaining professional phone etiquette during client consultations or follow-ups Support the team by supervising inventory levels, restocking displays, and ensuring all formal wear products are well-presented Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a clothing or specialty store environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or client interactions Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong communication skills to clearly articulate style options and product features Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial but not required; a background in retail math, cash handling, and phone etiquette is essential Join us as a Custom Formal Wear Stylist and be part of an energetic team dedicated to making every client’s special occasion unforgettable!
