What You’ll Do This role blends business development, clienteling, and styling into one high-impact position: Drive New Business Proactively generate new clients through networking, referrals, events, and outreach Build your own pipeline—this is not a “wait for foot traffic” role Own & Grow a Book of Business Develop long-term relationships with clients Maintain a digital client book and consistently follow up to drive repeat business Identify wardrobe opportunities and proactively reach out Run High-Value Appointments Lead 1:1 styling appointments and wardrobe consultations Guide clients through custom garments, fit, and styling decisions Deliver a premium, consultative experience—not transactional selling Hit (and Exceed) Sales Goals Take ownership of your personal revenue targets Leverage multiple channels (in-showroom, outbound, events) to drive results Operate Like a Business Owner Manage your schedule, pipeline, and production follow-through Ensure a seamless experience from first meeting to final delivery Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves as a sales professional—not a retail associate .
