About Us:We are a growing custom picture framing company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and a high-end client experience.Our Miami location serves a diverse clientele ranging from individual collectors to designers and businesses.We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Custom Picture Framer to join our team.Position Overview:We are looking for a knowledgeable and personable professional with prior picture framing and sales experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, guiding them through printing and framing decisions, and delivering outstanding service from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with custom framing and printing selections Provide design guidance on frame styles, matting, and presentation Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience Process orders accurately using QuickBooks Communicate clearly with production and operations teams Maintain showroom organization and visual standards Build strong relationships with repeat and referral clients Qualifications:Prior custom picture framing experience (required) Prior retail or consultative sales experience (required) Comfortable working directly with clients and discussing design options Familiarity with QuickBooks (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, friendly, and reliable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
