As a trusted partner of Frontier Communications, we work directly with customers to connect them with high-quality internet and home service solutions that match their lifestyle and needs.In this full-time Customer Account Representative role, you'll play an essential part in driving sales, creating personalized experiences for families and individuals, and increasing brand awareness for our client through face-to-face interactions.Being a Customer Account Representative involves problem-solving, confidently presenting product options, and helping customers navigate the best solutions for their household or business.We're looking for individuals who are personable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.Whether you're starting fresh or looking to sharpen your existing skills, we provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Customer Account Representative Day-to-Day:Engage with customers in-person to understand their needs and explain Frontier's latest service options.Recommend and enroll customers in plans that are tailored to their household or business.Represent the Frontier brand with professionalism, energy, and a solution-focused attitude.Accurately input and manage customer information using mobile devices to ensure security and compliance.Attend Customer Account Representative team meetings and training to sharpen your sales approach and stay updated on service offerings.Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.Customer Account Representative Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.No prior experience is required--just a positive attitude and willingness to learn! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in speaking with new people and explaining service benefits clearly.A strong work ethic and the drive to reach personal and team goals.Adaptability and enthusiasm for professional growth in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location:In person.
