Job Description
**DIRECT HIRE Location:** Chandler, AZ Pay: $22-$26/hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Who We Are: We are partnering with a global leader that supports some of the world’s largest manufacturers in semiconductor, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device industries. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency Process purchase orders and customer requests accurately in internal systems Perform order entry, order management, stock reporting, and data input Coordinate with warehouse teams on standard, urgent, and specialty orders (kitting, assembly, etc.) Compile and analyze reports for customers Manage lead times and proactively communicate updates Escalate issues or trends that could impact service levels Support client-facing colleagues to ensure top-tier customer service What’s In It for You: Stable, growing international company Competitive pay Team-oriented environment Opportunity to work with high-profile multinational customers Long-term career growth potential Professional development in supply chain and account management What You Need to Have: Experience in a similar customer service, account support, or order management role Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent time management and multitasking ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment The Musts: Passion for delivering first-class customer service Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure Flexible, team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail Experience with SAP Background working with spare parts, machine parts, automotive parts, or technical products Experience supporting multinational or industrial customers Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume to schedule an interview!
