Our services currently operate in NYC and serve JFK travelers, with plans to expand to additional markets soon. Role Description We are seeking a Customer Acquisition & Marketing Lead to join the company and help drive growth marketing strategy. This is a remote role, however NY residents are preferred. Main responsibilities will include designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract new customers, as well as managing Google & Meta ads. Looking for dynamic individuals who have a background and experience to lead this and can align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in: Customer acquisition strategy Google Ads & paid search campaigns Travel, hospitality, or marketplace marketing Startup growth environments Performance marketing Conversion optimization Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Develop customer acquisition funnels across paid and organic channels Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign performance Assist with launch campaigns, partnerships, and promotional initiatives Create and oversee digital marketing strategies across search, social, and email Identify growth opportunities and scalable acquisition channels Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing initiatives Help establish Bagzee’s brand presence within the travel industry Qualifications Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and attribution Experience with Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and retargeting preferred Self-starter with the ability to operate independently Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Traits Entrepreneurial mindset Data-driven decision maker Creative problem solver Strong execution skills Passion for travel, hospitality, or technology Position Details Flexible / startup-style environment Opportunity for long-term growth Potential for leadership expansion as the company scales Time Commitment Part-time role. Highly flexible schedule with an expected commitment of ~20 hours/wk Compensation Compensation structure will be variable. Will include a base salary of approximately $2,000/month (equivalent to $25/hr ~20 hours/week), along with company equity.
