Job SummaryWe are a health insurance agency seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Assistant to join our team.We are looking for someone who is bilingual in Vietnamese to work specifically with our Vietnamese clients.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer sales support, customer retention, new sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer sales support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information while ensuring a positive experience.Assist existing customers as well as new customers Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall customer service processes.Utilize office software and tools to manage customer interactions and streamline operations.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.Skills Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.Sales experience Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Join us as a Customer Sales Assistant (Vietnamese-Speaking) and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers!
