This role is service-centered but production-accountable. You will lead daily service operations while identifying in-book sales opportunities and ensuring coverage conversations translate into measurable growth. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for a proactive professional who understands that strong service builds trust - and trust drives revenue.
