Project Manager 📍 Duluth, Georgia - Onsite We’re currently partnering with a growing organization seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while also supporting operational and planning functions across the business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing customer orders and order entry within SAP Supporting invoicing and customer account activities Assisting with forecasting, planning, and inventory coordination Communicating with customers regarding order status, timelines, and updates Partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Maintaining accurate customer and order data within internal systems EXPERIENCE: Experience in customer service, customer care, order management, or inside sales support SAP experience REQUIRED Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting forecasting, planning, or supply chain processes
