Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Data Entry Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the customer service department.Key Responsibilities:Accurately enter customer information into the company database and systems.Verify and update existing customer data to maintain accuracy.Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve data discrepancies.Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.Follow company policies and procedures related to data management.Qualifications:1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.Proficient in data entry and management with strong attention to detail.Familiarity with database software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.High level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity..
