Job SummaryWe are hiring a Customer Engagement Representative to support community outreach and campaign engagement initiatives.The Customer Engagement Representative is responsible for engaging with customers in person, representing client campaigns professionally, and supporting outreach and promotional efforts.This is an on-site, full-time position with structured training and direct supervision.Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and respectful manner Represent assigned campaigns accurately and ethically Provide clear information regarding products, services, or charitable initiatives Assist with promotional marketing activities at approved locations Maintain professional communication standards Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings Track daily activity and performance metrics Follow company policies and compliance guidelines Qualifications Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Reliable transportation to assigned locations is a plus Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation This position offers a guaranteed weekly base pay plus additional performance-based commission and bonus opportunities.Qualified candidates will be contacted for the next step in the interview process.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$680.25 - $1,100.25 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Jersey City, NJ 07306 (Required) Work Location:In person.
