If you have a passion for hospitality, love providing top-notch customer service, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Be the Voice of W lffer - Handle high-volume calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with warmth and professionalism Provide Exceptional Service - Educate customers about our wines, assist with orders, reservations, and experiences.Process Orders & Shipments - Provide support during quarterly wine club shipments.Stay Organized - Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.Be a Team Player - Support the Customer Experience Manager and collaborate with various departments.What We're Looking For:1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality Outstanding phone and email etiquette Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel, reservation, and point-of-sale software A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills Passion for providing a premium guest experience Schedule & Compensation:April - September:Full-time (40 hours/week)October and beyond:potential part-time hours through winter$20-$22 per hour Ready to join our team?
