Job Description
The Customer Experience Trainee plays a vital role in growing our customer base by providing one-on-one services that are engaging, supportive and educational.This Customer Experience Trainee role is a customer-facing role designed for someone who is organized, persuasive, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.The Customer Experience Trainee will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while providing support throughout the sales process and caring about their experience.You will learn how to educate potential customers on wireless plans, assist with selecting appropriate services, and ensure the enrollment process is completed correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Trainee: Initiate interactions with customers to introduce wireless service options and discuss plan benefits While caring about the customer experience, assist them in setting up their new wireless order and answering any questions along the way Learn how to assess customer needs through conversation, asking strategic questions to determine the best wireless solution based on usage, budget, and preferences. Explain service plans and promotions in detail, breaking down complex information into easy-to-understand terms to ensure full customer comprehension Gain the skills to troubleshoot common customer concerns (billing questions, plan comparisons, service features) and offer clear, professional solutions. Participate in ongoing customer experience training to stay up-to-date on wireless product offerings, enrollment requirements, and client updates. Qualifications for the Customer Experience Trainee Role: Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with a diverse range of customers Strong attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting Full-time availability with reliable transportation is a plus and available Why Join Us as a Customer Experience Trainee?
