Location:On-site in Aurora, CO Compensation:$58,000 - $68,500 annually Schedule:Monday to Friday.No nights or weekends required.At Boarding & Beyond, we know dogs by name, and pet parents trust us with their family.Your job is to earn that trust fast.We're hiring a Customer Growth Supervisor, the working supervisor for our front desk sales and customer experience.You lead calls, tours, follow-up, and standards, and you improve the systems that convert inquiries into bookings and first visits into loyal regulars. You get autonomy to improve the playbook(scripts, tours, follow-up cadence) then coach the front desk to run it. You'll have clear authority and a clear scoreboard, with a bonus tied to outcomes you control:follow-up speed conversion, tours that close, reactivation, reviews, and referral partners. What you'll do: Mornings (Front Desk):calls, tours, bookings, coaching standards in real time.Afternoons (Office):You'll improve the growth system. What you own (outcomes): More dogs booked:Lead follow-up is fast and consistent, and conversion improves month-over-month. Tours that close:Tours feel warm and confident, and they turn into bookings. Grooming stays full:The groomer's schedule is kept booked. Customers come back consistently:Reactivation runs every week and turns past customers into regulars. Community referrals grow:Local partners reliably send us new pet parents, and we can see what's working. Reviews happen:Great moments lead to review asks, and reviews stay steady. The authority and tools you'll have: You'll have the authority to fix what's broken:scripts, follow-up cadence, tour standards, and reactivation offers.Then coach the front desk to run it. What winning looks like: Boarding nights, daycare days, and grooming appointments trend up month over month Lead conversion improves above 70% across all lead sources Grooming stays booked:23/25 grooming slots filled weekly (target:full). Reviews are steady:3 new 5-star reviews per week.
