Customer Loyalty Agent -- $16/hr Base Performance Commission Some people are great at selling.Others are great at keeping customers.This role is for those that can do both -- and we pay well for it.At Glide, our Customer Loyalty team is the last line of defense before a customer cancels.Your job is to listen, solve the real problem, and give them a reason to stay.When you do it well, you keep revenue on the books -- and your paycheck reflects that directly.Base pay starts at $16/hr.Commission is earned on every customer you retain, with no cap.What you'll be doing: Taking inbound and outbound calls from customers looking to cancel - Getting to the root of their concern and offering the right solution to keep them - Handling reschedules, billing questions, and general service support - Working closely with our scheduling and operations teams What we're looking for: Someone who's confident on the phone and doesn't fold under pushback - Experience in retention, sales, customer success, or billing (strongly preferred) - Clear communicator -- both on calls and in writing - Organized and able to manage multiple things without dropping the ball - Familiarity with FieldRoutes or PestRoutes is a bonus, but not required Why people like working here: Your performance directly determines your pay -- no ceiling, no ambiguity - Real advancement path for people who prove themselves - Small, performance-driven team that values accountability over politics - You'll have clear systems and support -- not just a headset and a script This is an in-person role.Full-time and part-time schedules available.If you're the kind of person who stays calm under pressure, takes ownership, and wants to see your effort show up in your check -- apply now.here!
