Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer & Operations Coordinator located in Lake Forest, CA. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining efficient workflows, supporting administrative functions, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations that meet customer needs and align with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills for optimizing processes and overseeing daily operations Experience as an Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or operational management systems Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
