Nashville, TN Salary: $58,000 – $63,275 A global leader in premium audio technology is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join its growing Nashville team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, order coordination, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Customer Operations Specialist will support customers, dealers, and internal teams through order management, service coordination, warranty support, and administrative operations. What You’ll Do Process and coordinate customer orders, service requests, and repair cases Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders Provide timely updates regarding order status, repairs, warranties, and service timelines Coordinate communication between customers, technical teams, and internal departments Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems Assist with warranty validation, order tracking, and issue resolution Troubleshoot customer concerns while delivering a high level of professionalism and care Support operational workflows and administrative processes across the service department What We’re Looking For High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of customer service, operations, order management, or administrative support experience Experience in Pro Audio, music, electronics, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally and diplomatically Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office; JD Edwards experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Why Join This Team?
