Customer Outreach Coordinator

Customer Overview A Syracuse-based marketing and outreach company focused on building strong customer-brand connections through direct engagement, retail campaigns, and experiential marketing strategies. We help brands increase visibility and customer interaction through structured, in-person outreach. This role supports structured customer engagement efforts inside retail environments, ensuring brands are effectively communicated to shoppers through in-person outreach. Responsibilities: Support customer engagement campaigns • Communicate brand messaging in retail settings Assist with outreach and promotional efforts Track customer interactions and feedback Support overall campaign execution What we are looking for: Strong verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable interacting with the public Interest in marketing or outreach No experience required. Full training provided. Location Requirement This position is based in Syracuse, NY, and requires daily, in-person participation. Applicants must be local or within commuting distance. Remote work is not available.
