Customer Project Manager

Job Title: Customer Project Manager Location: Dallas, TX 75019 **Duration: 12+ months Pay Rate: $400.00 to $450.00 per day Job description:** Project manager for Manta ray and Archive Cloud implementations Accountable for delivering the entire customer project scope for Network Manager Archive Cloud and its services to the customer within the assigned area of responsibility (one or multiple BL responsibilities). Main responsibilities on E2E planning and management of financial and operational performance, shares project experience, best practices, and interlock with different functions to provide effective leadership. Plans and manages internal and external resources allocated to the project. Represents the customer's requirements back to teams. Ensures project/program management based on PMI principles and in full alignment with MI MoM and applicable BL guidelines Your Responsibilities • Customer Relationship Management Managing financial and non-financial Performance Contribution to Service Business/Solution Delivery Project and Program Management Planning Monitoring and Controlling Project and Program Execution Updating the Project Management Plan Risk Management Stakeholder Management Leading the Project/Program Team Closure and handovers Act as primary interface and first escalation point within the assigned customer projects. Follow all Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
