Customer Relations Project Manager At Ascent , we partner with some of the fastest-growing tech companies in the world - businesses whose innovative technologies have the potential to drive meaningful change and tackle some of society's most significant challenges. We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Project Manager for our business partners at Eupry to to join their Project Management Team out of Raleigh, NC. Founded in Denmark in 2014, Eupry is redefining how leading life science companies validate, monitor, and document temperature and humidity. Through their Compliance as a Service model, Eupry replaces outdated legacy systems with a fully digital, IoT-driven approach, and is the first in the world to offer continuous temperature mapping. With strong customer traction and a rapidly scaling US presence, this is a rare opportunity to drive the implementation of Eupry's solutions for some of the biggest names in pharma, and to help shape how a maturing PMO operates in a company that is still moving fast. The Role: Drive end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of Eupry's hardware-enabled solutions for global pharmaceutical customers. Execute and contribute to Eupry's project implementation methodology, ensuring all deliverables meet GxP regulatory standards. Act as the primary project lead and trusted advisor for enterprise clients, navigating their organisational structures and guiding them from sales handover to live operations. Identify growth opportunities during customer interactions, spotting new use cases and expanding Eupry's footprint within key accounts. Manage project scopes, resource allocation, and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Bridge the gap between the customer and Eupry's internal tech and commercial teams, translating customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans. What we seek in you: Pharma Project Leadership: We seek a profile that is motivated by, and excels at, driving complex implementation projects in the pharmaceutical or life science sectors. You understand the stakeholder landscape, the pace, and the documentation requirements that come with the territory. You bring a structured approach to project management, whether informed by PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other frameworks, but what matters is your ability to keep multi-stakeholder projects on track where precision and compliance are non-negotiable. Regulatory Fluency: We seek a profile that can navigate GxP regulations not just as a compliance requirement, but as a framework that shapes how projects are scoped, documented, and delivered. You speak confidently about regulatory expectations with quality leads and auditors alike, and you ensure that deliverables hold up to scrutiny. Commercial Awareness: We seek a profile that can turn strong project delivery into commercial value. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to deepen trust, identify new use cases, and expand Eupry's footprint within key accounts. You do not just execute projects; you actively look for ways to add more value to the customer's organisation. Stakeholder Navigation: We seek a profile who can build relationships across complex organisations, equally comfortable presenting to a C-level sponsor and coordinating with a local site team. You translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders and guide enterprise customers through change management with patience and credibility.
