We pride ourselves on building meaningful, long-term relationships with our clients and customers, rooted in trust, transparency, and exceptional service.As an expanding force in the business consulting and retail industries, we focus on hands-on, personalized support that produces innovative and results-driven solutions.From assisting customers on the retail floor to supporting backend operations, our team consistently delivers high-level service that fuels customer satisfaction and client success.With continued growth across retail and customer-facing initiatives, we are excited to add new Customer Relations Trainees to our team to help further enhance the overall customer experience.As a Customer Relations Trainee, you will act as a primary liaison between our clients and their customers, often within a retail setting.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging directly with customers, solving problems, and creating a positive shopping or service experience.Customer Relations Trainees participate in hands-on training focused on customer interaction, sales strategies, and product education, enabling them to confidently represent our clients' brands in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments.Key Responsibilities of a Customer Relations Trainee:Assist with retail and sales initiatives by addressing customer questions, offering product suggestions, and sharing promotional details Support the management of existing client accounts while helping generate new business through personalized, solution-focused service Serve as a customer-facing representative in retail and sales environments, delivering professional, upbeat service Conduct product demonstrations, monitor inventory, and resolve customer concerns promptly Maintain clear communication between customers and service or technical teams, particularly during product installations and sales activations Adhere to compliance and data privacy standards when handling customer information or processing transactions Lead by example and help guide other Customer Relations Trainees by modeling best practices in sales, service, and store operations Qualifications of a Customer Relations Trainee:High school diploma or GED required Background in retail, sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles preferred Outgoing, personable demeanor with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers Professional presence with strong verbal communication skills Genuine enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional customer experience Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced retail settings that require multitasking and quick decision-making Self-motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow If you excel in a customer-driven retail environment and are motivated to advance into leadership or client management, the Customer Relations Trainee role provides a solid starting point with clear opportunities for professional development.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$2,400.00 - $4,800.00 per month Work Location:In person.
