We’re supporting a company that runs in-person campaigns for a range of brands, helping them connect directly with customers. This role is centered around conversations, product awareness, and guiding customers through the process. What You’ll Be Doing Interacting with customers in retail locations and event-based settings Presenting products and services in a clear and engaging way Answering questions and helping customers choose the right options Assisting with new customer registrations and account setup Delivering a positive and professional customer experience Working toward daily and weekly team targets Providing feedback to help improve overall campaign performance What They’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required What to Expect A role focused on face-to-face interaction and real-time results Ongoing support and coaching from team leaders A structured environment with clear expectations If you’re looking to build experience in customer-facing sales and develop practical skills you can use long-term, this is a great place to start.
