Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Sales Consultant and ignite your sales career in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with our fundraising clients, establishing new accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Duties Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to identify their needs and promote our fundraising products and services Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships, including facilitating their deliveries Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, and monitor sales progress and deadlines Identify new accounts by understanding customer needs and pursuing new sectors. Support sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, and inventory projections Deliver compelling presentations and participate in public speaking engagements to promote our offerings and launch your sales confidently Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence Strong time management skills with the ability to initiate, follow-up and close deals confidently Familiarity with CRM software, strong ability to efficiently use mapping programs, and ability to drive a cargo van and forklift are a plus Multilingual or bilingual abilities are only a plus, as they make a candidate highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Demonstrated success in outside sales, outbound calling, cold calling, and long term sales strategies Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette, personal presence and organizational skills Background in automobile sales, dealership experience, or retail math is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for sales and learning is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
