Reviresco Marketing is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative in Houston to support our residential AT&T campaign.You will interact directly with local residents to provide expert consultations on the latest mobile devices and unlimited data plans.In this position, you will undergo structured training to master account management and high-impact sales techniques.This role is built for energetic professionals looking to excel in a face-to-face, performance-driven community environment.The Customer Sales Representative acts as the primary face of the brand, focusing on growing the local subscriber base through personalized engagement.You will lead the full acquisition cycle, from identifying household needs to the final activation of new cellular accounts.You will be responsible for maintaining territory integrity and delivering consistent sales results that align with campaign goals. What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Sales Representative? Execute daily residential outreach in Houston neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to exclusive AT&T mobile promotions and 5G technology. Conduct face-to-face consultations to evaluate household cellular needs, driving sales by matching residents with optimized wireless service tiers. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including credit qualification, device selection, and the digital processing of new mobile accounts. Deliver tailored product presentations that highlight the benefits of AT&T's network. Maintain accurate sales records of all customer interactions and account statuses. Collaborate with the Customer Sales Representatives during strategy sessions to refine sales tactics and hit daily benchmarks. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Customer Sales Representative? A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections with a professional demeanor. Can thrive in an environment where hitting daily sales targets is the standard. Previous experience in a face-to-face role, such as retail, hospitality, or sales, where direct customer interaction was a daily requirement. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a structured, professional territory management framework. Reliable transportation to the office and customer locations daily.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$3,200.00 - $4,900.00 per month Work Location:In person.
