Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Services to scope customer engagements and create actionable implementation plans Own processes related to customer scoping and planning, focusing on continuous improvement and AI automation Engage with customers throughout the sales process and build customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment between demand and delivery capacity Required Qualifications Experience working with customers and understanding of solutions and delivery models Strong skills in Salesforce and Excel Proven ability to work effectively across teams and navigate cross-functional dependencies Demonstrated experience in applying technology and process to drive efficiency and scale Growth-minded with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
