We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as our Customer Service Account Specialist. Pay: $18.00hrly Hours: 7am ~ 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday Location: 303 Rock Industrial Dr. Bridgeton, MO. As a Customer Service Account Specialist at FW Logistics, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns regarding day-to-day operations are handled professionally and promptly. Your core responsibilities include maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and overseeing the precise entry and release of customer orders. The role requires a proactive communicator who can track order statuses, resolve service issues, and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions. Based in St. Louis, this full-time position offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Successful candidates must have at least two years of account management experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and a collaborative "can-do" attitude to support collective team success.
